• Scrape or automate the site without our written permission.
• Submit content you don't own or aren't licensed to distribute.
• Impersonate anyone else.
• Upload anything unlawful, infringing, or designed to harm.

When you submit material to Polaris through the application form, you confirm that you own — or are properly licensed to use — every element of what you send (audio, artwork, lyrics, names, links).

We're not obligated to respond to or sign every submission. Submitting through this form does not create a contract; any distribution agreement happens in a separate, signed contract afterwards.

We provide this service on an “as-is” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits your statutory consumer rights.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

We may update these terms occasionally. If we make a material change, we'll notify you — either in the panel itself or by email, depending on how we know you.
